The total cost of goods and services, including all postage and handling fees, will be displayed during the purchase process. The purchase price includes GST.
What is Kseed’s customer service and delivery policy?
If the product ordered is not in stock, Customers will be notified within two days of placing the order. We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, and we expect that you will receive the products you have ordered within 3-5 business days for Australian residents (5-7 working days for International). However, please note that delivery times are estimates only and Kseed shall not be liable for delays.
Once we have despatched from our fulfilment centre, we estimate the following delivery times:
AUSTRALIA: 3-5 days
US/UK: 5-7 days
Rest Of the World: 7-10 days
What are our shipping practices and delivery policy?
NOTE: Kseed offers a Starter Pack and a Premium 12-month subscription. When you purchase Kseed's 12-month subscription, you will receive a new pack of devotion materials every two months for 12 months. The full cost of postage for this 12-month subscription (i.e., 6 shipments) will be charged up-front as part of the total product cost.
We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, and we expect that you will receive the products you have ordered within 3-5 business days for Australian residents (5-7 working days for International). However, please note that delivery times are estimates only and Kseed shall not be liable for delays.
It is the Customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Kseed is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

The goods shall be at the Customers risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to Kseed of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.
All sales shall be deemed made in the state of Victoria, Australia, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with Kseed shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of Victoria.

Delivery times for international orders do vary and depends on destination. Please allow up to 10 working days for international delivery.
Only orders that are shipped to Australian addresses will be charged GST. International orders do not incur a GST charge despite an amount being shown at the shopping cart page. The GST charges will be removed at the Payment Method page once a postal address has been included.
